The Lava Heat 2G - 61,000 BTU Natural Gas Commercial Flame Patio Heater: The commercial grade outdoor heater that revolutionized the industry! Originally designed and engineered in Italy by Mr. JR Zioni, the Lava Heat 2G is an impressive 8 ft tall, top-of-the-line unit that combines elegant design with outstanding functionality and superior quality. Unlike a traditional seasonal patio heater the Lava Heat 2G can be utilized all year-long in the comfort of your outdoor environment. The fully-adjustable, 4-foot flame is encased in a shatter-proof Borosilicate glass tube and puts out an impressive 61,000 BTUs. The Borosilicate glass is a material similar to glass bake ware that withstands both extreme heat and cold and can be used with the high setting for hours even during rain, hail or snow. The glass also allows for 360 degrees of heat distribution in a 36 square foot radius, while the fire can be viewed from any angle. The Lava Heat 2G can be started with the one-button, "Easy-Start" infrared electric ignition on the front of the unit, and a universal infrared remote which can be used to turn multiple units on at the same time. The 2G's Natural Gas model can provide constant use and is also more energy efficient, making it 10% the actual cost when compared to its propane counterpart. Lava Heat Italia also includes a 10 ft. natural gas quick-disconnect hose as a free added value. The solid, 3-sided frame is constructed of 304 Grade stainless steel and has a tripod design to help balance on uneven surfaces. The protective steel grills are one single piece, stay cool and safe to the touch and also place a safe distance between you and the flame. The built-in Safety Tilt switch shuts the unit off if it tilts or falls over. This unit comes fully assembled and requires two D batteries. Your Lava 2G unit can also be ordered with an optional wheel kit and a fitted protective cover.
